Cancellation Policy Dalmeny appointment policy

Dalmeny Hair Design reserves the right to require a 50% booking fee of your service, to be paid at the time of booking. This 50% fee is deducted from your service cost at your scheduled appointment.

We request 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 12 hours will forfeit the 50% fee that was  paid upon scheduling your appointment.

Rescheduled appointments within the required 24 hours will have their 50% fee moved to their next appointment, therefore you will not be required to pay an additional 50% when rescheduling.

All cancellations or reschedules must be  communicated with us via email, or call the salon number and leave a message.

Clients who simply do not show up to an appointment without any contact will incur a fee of 100% of the missed appointment value, to be paid before rebooking a new appointment.

The time has come for these policies to be put in place in order to protect our business.

While we understand that people get sick, plans change and life happens, please try to remember that by not telling us that you can no longer attend your appointment, it causes financial strain on the business and inconveniences those who are on our waiting list patiently waiting to see us.

We reserve your time for you. If you cannot make it ,simply letting us know within 24 hours is all we are asking.
